Hi again everyone one. This my second week now in my new job!

For those who don’t know what I do, I am a quality engineer responsible for the manufacturing quality of suppliers for the BMW MINI

I have been doing this job for the past 4 1/2 years and have been “promoted” to look after our worst performing supplier.

This supplier is based in Redditch and I am there more or less every day. Its a real challenge and quite stressful. On the flip side, it allows me to start developing more of the “softer” skills neccessary for management! At least thats how it was sold to me
