Merry Christmas to you all and happy new year

Sorry it has taken us a bit longer than usual to post a blog entry this last week. We’ve been busy enjoying the many blessings of holiday times with family and friends.

Unfortunately Becs had to work on Christmas day which was a bit pants. It was quite a quiet day so that was good but it did mean that I didn’t see her until the evening.

We spent christmas day at my folks in Freeland, ate fantastic grub, opened many wonderful presents and tried our hardest not to forget that christmas is about God coming to earth; to live and die with us so that we might truly get to grips with how much God really loves us.

The after christmas chill out ensued with a bit of shopping (not too much mind) a bit of walking and some DIY.

New Year was celebrated with a casino night party at our house. Roulette and Poker were our games for the evening and my dad triumphed over us all. We have to say that it was a very classy afair and enjoyed by all. If anyone wants to borrow our roulette table, its available for rent!
