I’ve been a super lucky Dan!

Becs surprised me on friday morning with the news we would be spending that night away at an all inclusive hotel in the rural suburbs of Cheltenham! We have been on holiday this week and from sunday to thursday visited Becs’ grandmothers in Paignton and Bedford. Friday was planned as a chill out day in Cheltenham but I had never guessed Becs would plan a secret stay away! It made me feel very special.

We stayed at Hatton Court hotel, set on the edge of the Costwolds and overlooking Gloucester. Becs booked it through Late Rooms.com. It had been recommended to us as a good way of getting very reasonable deals in very nice hotels if you were prepared to book in the closing couple of weeks of the trip.
