Hannah is now nearly 8 weeks old and is changing and growing on a daily basis. She is now pretty much out of her 0-3 month clothes and seems to be getting longer and longer after each feed! She is going to be one tall girl! I can now see why people talk about treasuring the first few weeks so much because she really is growing up so quickly - her smiles, her interest and alertness, her temper and her ability to bring such joy are all intensifying.

She’s not the only one who’s growing up! I don’t think I’ve ever felt such a sense of responsibility and like a ‘real’ grown up - despite having been married for nearly 4 years, having a mortgage and a responsible job! Having said that, Dan and I still love the simple things like feeding the ducks in Burford - not very grown up, hey?!
