Hey again everyone. Its been a bit crazy busy recently so sorry for not blogging sooner.

This last weekend we had a wonderful time in North Wales and in particular at Luke Downey’s dedication at St Tanawgs Church in Harlech. Luke pictured here with his Mum and Dad [Jane and Mark] and God-parents gave us a wonderful reason to celebrate the gift of children from God. We too will have Hannah dedicated later on this year.

It was my birthday and I have been blessed with lots of gifts of money. As most of you all know, I am mad keen on photography and I decided to put my money towards buying some more gear. So far I have bought a studio backdrop kit so that I can much more easily photograph children/family members with a nice clean background. I tried it out for the first time tonight and you can see here the results with Hannah’s little dog! Not bad for a poorly lit room and no flash units! Aha… that will be my next purchase… but at £200 it will be a bit of a wait I feel! Probably a good thing with all my study still to do!

I’m planning on setting up some dates in the summer when I will set up a small studio and will be available to do some baby/family shoots if anyone wants to book themselves in!
