I have just bought some studio flash units and was practising with them today ahead of a family photo shoot I am doing tomorrow. Hannah and Becs are, of course, my obliging models and no sooner had Mummy left Hannah for 5 seconds Hannah decided that she wanted to learn from the Daddy the photographer and began playing with the flash sync cable on Daddy’s camera! Such a clever little poppet!
The new studio flash equipment I’ve bought will allow me to take much better photos now in portrait situations. See this little gem we captured during this impromptu 10 minute shoot!

Is Hannah standing already?! Wow! She did show a tendency to be streets ahead when she was much younger, and this is fantastic!! Start babyproofing your house NOW…!!! Gx

No she’s not! Thankfully! She’s only just starting to master sitting!! Although it does look like she’s standing in this photo… I think it’s the shadow behind her legs!
